申請家庭托兒牌照的必備課程。牌照局要求只需上一次。此課程包括了新增的一小時兒童營養課程。在托兒中心及家庭托兒的所有開放時間內必須至少有一位完成此課程的工作人員在托兒場所。

• 學員需要在上第一堂課的一周前預約一個時間來拿教材和上課所需用品
• 要完成認證過程 (拿証書)，參與者必須參加以下每個預定課程：

1. 內容 1 - 預防感染/疾病傳播
   2021 年 4 月 10 日星期六（上午 9：00 - 中午 12：00）
2. 內容2 -預防受傷
   2021年4月12日 星期一（晚上 6：00 - 8：30）
3. 內容 3 - 營養與健康
   2021年4月13日星期二（晚上 6：00 - 8：30）

Required one time training for child care providers to obtain family child care license. Class includes additional hour of child nutrition. Child care center and child care homes must have one staff member on-site at all times with completion in preventive health practices.

This course fulfills the eight hours of EMSA approved Preventive Health Practices training required for childcare licensing.

Please note the following:

• Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, this training will be conducted virtually via ZOOM.  
• The course and written materials will be presented in English only, there will not be translation.  
• Participants will need to arrange pick up for course curriculum and materials one week prior to the first-class 
• To complete the certification process, participants must attend each of the following scheduled classes:

1. Module 1 - Preventing the Spread of Infection/Disease
   Saturday May 8, 2021 (9:00am- 12:00pm)
2. Module 2 - Injury Prevention
   Monday May 10, 2021 (6:00pm - 8:30pm)
3. Module 3 - Nutrition & Wellness
   Tuesday May 11, 2021 (6:00pm -8:30pm)

* When registering lease provide the correct spelling of your name and your correct home address. Duplicate certificates will not be provided, if name or address are incorrect.

Online payments include a $3 transaction fee

• The course and written materials will be presented in English only, there will not be translation.  
• Participants will need to arrange pick up for course curriculum and materials one week prior to the first-class 
• To complete the certification process, participants must attend each of the following scheduled classes:

• Module 1- Monday  June 7, 2021 6:30pm – 9:30pm  via Zoom 
• Module 2- Tuesday June 8, 2021 6:30pm – 9:30pm via Zoom  
• Module 3- Wednesday June 9, 2021 6:30pm- 9:30pm via Zoom
• Module 4- Saturday June 12, 2021 11:00am – 4:00pm (in person by appoinment only)
